COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
È la Bionda di BSA.
Ascolta il ruggito del leone:
- Birra a bassa fermentazione
- 13° Plato
- IBU 35
- 5.3 gradi.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza.

Bottle, 75cl. A small, dense, white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. Rather boring nose, just a touch of pale malts and fruityness. Smooth, a bit sweetish, medium body. The flavor is flowery, fruity and slightly malty, as well as nicely bitter towards the end. Except for the dull aroma, this is a really nice beer. 111125

29/10/2011 33cl bottle @ hotel room, from Gradi Plato, Rome - BB: 5/8/12 L1188 (2011-592)

Cloudy murky beige beer, big aery white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive.Aroma: banana, honey, sweet malts, figs, spices. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: marzipan, banana, sweet malts, honey, some citrus fruits. Aftertaste: very bitter dry hops, citrus, almonds. Not bad, however, I can’t believe they call this a pilsner??
