"Maranello da bere". Contains a locally grown maize strain Maranello from Filippi mill. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, Maranello maize gritz (20%), hops, yeast. Draft beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered.

75cl bottle from the brewery. Dark yellow to light amber color, with two fingers creamy white head, leaving a persistent fine lace. Fresh strawy nose.
Aroma: mostly herbal and spicy, straw, balsamic herbs. Maize plays a major role in the malts area.
Taste: sweet start, almost immediately balanced with a nice amout of grassy hops.
Palate: creamy, silky and foamy while in mouth, then dry bitter finish.
Nice brew with local ingredients, good idea and good product. Original, fresh and easy to drink, very well done.
