COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Frivola (in senso buono) e beverina. Un birrificio di chiaro taglio teutonico.

50 cl from the brewery, 5.9%. Dark amber color, bright red in see-thru, soft fine brownish to off-white head with a moderate lacing. Fresh nose of roasted malts. Aroma has sweet malts, slightly roasted, with caramel. There’s some grassy hops. Taste is mostly sweet. On palate is fluffy and very light, the finish is softly bitter where malts sweetness prevails. Body is light to medium, thin texture, carbonation is low.
Reminds me of a Vienna as style, sweet and not shining on special features, but simple and good enough.

Draught at "Italia Beer Festival 2008" - Brescia.
Creamy head of discreet adhesion. Amber clearly color with light fizzy aspect. Dry, barren aroma, with notes of toasted malt and roast wood. Little crisp and little bubbly taste. Barren and dense on the end.
