Bottle, 5.2%. Mild malty aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a little citric, has some paper. The yeast is mostly noticed in the mouthfeel.

Bottle shared at a tasting at my place. Thanks Shalom. Very cloudy, pale blond, little foam. Smells grainy and bready, a little sour. Tastes lightly bitter and very fresh. Light body, grainy finish.

Draft at the Schloss Cafe bei Burg Nanstein. Cloudy pale yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of saltine crackers. Taste is bitter and smooth biscuits. Tasty.

Leicht herber, insgesamt weicher Antrunk, hopfig. Der Hopfen ist auch im Mittelteil erwähnenswert, daneben wirkt das Bier leider wässrig, auch die aus dem Hopfen resultierende Bitterkeit kommt nur verwässert an. Trockener, leicht würziger Nachgeschmack. Test vom 22.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,6,7,5,9,7 - 6,85

Draught, smallish head, hazy lemon yellow colour, muted aroma at first then becomes stronger, fruity aroma with notes of honey and a hint of biscuit, medium grapefruit skin bitterness with a light malty sweetness, very light and quickly fading aftertaste. Fair.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2012 Re-rate 3/10/12: Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Cloudy yellow-ish golden. Aroma of lots of grassy hops, some graininess and some yeasty notes. Flavor starts a bit sweetish with a bit of yeast and a bitter finish, grassy and slightly herbal. Medium-bodied. Pretty decent. 6/4/6/3/12=3.1

Draught at Stern 1 in Tel Aviv. Hazy orange color with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, herbal and a bit earthy, with some yeasty notes and some bready malt. Flavor has some malty sweetness upfront, but very quickly turns bitter, hoppy, leafy and herbal with light citric notes and a bit of caramel in the background. Medium-bodied. Refreshing with a pleasant hoppiness. 6/3/7/3/14=3.3

Light light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090625]

Bottle:Golden, a bit unclear, big stable creamy white head; robust sweet pale-malty and hoppy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; quite watery yeasty-bitter finish. Good aroma, weak finish...........

(screw cap bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Slightly dusty, grassy hoppy nose with a mild malty sweetness. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy, almost lively carbonation. Dusty pale malty taste with notes of plastic as well as yeasty and hoppy side effects; dry-ish and moderately hop bitter finish. Boring (24.VI.09).

The bottle looks not bad, but I don’t like that twist-off cap. The beer in the glass is okay. Starts yeasty-floury, also a bit fruity and modest hoppy. The finish is a bit drier, also a bit washy. Average!
