Oct 10, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Pretty, hazy barley golden with a characteristic dense and very white head. Very, very fresh and soft with some slightly sweet, wheaty notes and even a hint of hops. Quite delicious with notes of banana, but somehow has more personality than a typical Hefe. 160601

Mar 28, 2008 Dark yellow, cloudy. Spicy nose with light fruitiness (allspice, nutmeg, pear). Light, spritzy body with hints of tartness in the finish. Mainly spicy with slight pale malt accent on the palate. Refreshing.

Dec 30, 2006 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is banana, spices, wheat and citrus fruit. Flavour is wheat, spices, slight banana and fruits. A very refreshing brew.

Hazy orange color, decent white head. Rubbery wheaty and slightly skunky nose. Banana flavors with rubbery notes. One dimensional, flat and quite industrial feeling here. Not bad, but I would choose another weizen than this one.

May 6, 2007 Bottle (twist-off cap) ... Clear yellow ale with a large, white head. Excellent retention. Banana nose with a Bazooka Bubblegum ester and a very mild clove phenol. Good balance, flavor wise... medium sweetness; herbal bitterness. Spicy and fruity. Medium-bodied and creamy with tingly carbonation. Finishes lightly bitter and grassy.
