3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jonas (4588) - Garching b. München, - FEB 14, 2009
Bottle. Herbal and grassy hop aroma. Hazy golden, white lace. Mellow mouthfeel, light sparkly, chewy for a pils. Bread and straw malt, good grassy hoppyness to it. Tapers a bit off in the end, but still enough grass retronasal. I thought it was quite ok really.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 kiwianer (500) - Mönchengladbach, GERMANY - MAY 5, 2012

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Koelschtrinker (7038) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 21, 2011
Hopfig-herber Geruch.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 yngwie (9177) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 18, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. Mostly hoppy nose, sort of unpleasant, at least not my choice for an aroma. The flavor has pale malts in the back, with bitterness dominating. Medium body, dry. Not bad, but super boring and not very tasteful. Not a beer I’d like to have made in my name, not even when I’m dead. 110318

(33cl bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Light-sweet malty nose with strawy and doughy elements, accompanied by grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, a bit light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Lightly yeasty and soft malty, strawy base with a grassy and slightly herbal hoppy touch; finishes quite dry and bitter with grassy hops. There are worse beers made by Bischoff (16.V.09).
