In the green bottle. Thanks to hurrisnow for the beer. Pours pale yellow with a big white head that disappears fast. Has a mild grainy grassy aroma. Quite pils-like. Has a very dry, champagne-like finish. A very light bodied beer. Only very slightly skunked in taste. Medium fizziness with a slightly lemon finish.

Pour is a golden with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is of wet grains and skunk thanks to the green bottle. Flavor is some grainy malts and not much else. Nothing really great and reminds me of a Heineken.

Green Bottle 330 ml
Appearance :
Golden pils with above average white top , spare lace shown 4-
Nose :Citric front followed by golden malts and Noble hops .
Flavour/Palate : Clean pils that suffer due to the choice made by fool , green bottle on top that it had to travel across Atlantic does not help. More on Bohemian style than dry North German, malt was well presented, mineral side with soft aromatic hop side. Proper pils does deserve better rating that current one 2.6/5.

Bottle (twist top?): Poured a clear golden color with a carbonated white head. The aroma is very skunky with sweet malt. Well its wet, there is a watery grain and malt taste. A drinking beer similar to US macros.

Gusler (2653) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - NOV 22, 2007
The beer pours from the bottle a clear gold, the head is average in size, creamy in texture and the color bright white, as it settles quickly, the lace forms a velum like sheet on the glass. Nose is sweet malt, crisp and clean, start has a fair grain presence with a little bitterness at the back, top is light in feel. Finish has a standard acidity, the hops mild and pleasing, the aftertaste dry as a bone, a nice drinkable beer.

355ml - Clear pale gold, nice lace. Skunky Eurolager from start to finish. Refreshingly watery, hoppy goodness.

looks light pale and weak. it is a classic decent German pilsner. a tad light in substance. it tastes of new young grass rather than flowery. slightly bitter finish that lasts. clean and refreshing. i would say a touch lemony like a pez candy.

Pours a pale golden color w/ a medium sized froth. Decent hangtime receding to a fluffy downy canopy that just sits there. Nice! Aromas of sweet malts and mild hopsy flowering. Medium nectar w/ ample redsidual effers creates a cotton cream texture. Superb balance is noticed right away. Tastey malts and a defined hop profile. Crisp, clean, and refreshing w/ a slight lemony citrus twitch. The finish is bittered perfectly leaving the palate dry and slightly parched. Lingering citrus rind flavors persist long afterwards. Highly reommended.
