Bottle
Gigantic head, Cloudy amber brown. Citric, clove and slightly papery bready aroma. Bready and yeasty base-taste, light bodied, metallic finish. Could use more fruit

It’s unclear orange-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has the same notes as the moderately sweet and mild, slightly watery flavor: light yeast, fruit and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy.

50 cl bottle, BBE 11.01.2012
Floury aroma with baking yeast, some cardboard, gooseberry bush and marshmallows. Flavour has wet cardboard and some flowery notes. Watery palate. Not good, but what can one expect from leichte weisse?

Beer No. 13 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Bottled 500ml. -from the bottle in my hotel room. Sweetish malty, light yeasty and fruity with metallic finish. Not so watery as I’ve expected but also pretty tasteless.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange. light clove and wheat malt - nice. Cloudy orange-tan color with moderate off-white head. Lightly sweet orange and wheat malt. Watery palate. Looks and smells great - flavor above average for a light Weizen but not great.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear hazy medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, phenol, paper, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091004]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Cloudy amber with a mighty fine and lacing off-white head. Aroma of yeast, mash and caramel. Light body, very soft mouthfeel, odd off-flavours, skewed caramel or something. No bitterness. 041009
