Straw colour, small tight white head. Bready grainy aroma. Slightly creamy and grainy taste, hint of hops at the back of the mouth. Slightly fizzy palate. For a beer that tastes of almost nothing, this is fairly pleasant - what is there is pretty OK.
oh6gdx (4910), Vaasa, Finland May 31, 2008 Draught. Golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some honey and mild grass. Flavour is grass, mild diacetyl, caramel, honey and white bread. Rather sweet malty aftertaste. TBone (4566), Pori, Finland May 17, 2008 Draught@Beer Hunters, Pori
Golden color, small white head. Buttery malty, grassy aroma. Grassy hoppy flavor dominates over slightly buttery and malty backbone. Grassy aftertaste. Kind of crossover of Czech pils and Bohemian lager. mjs (378), Finland May 15, 2008 (Draught at St. Urho’s on 2008-05-08) Pale and clear. White medium head. Quite fruity and bit hoppy nose. A little bit fizzy palate. Malty and somewhat hoppy taste. Very German beer. Surprisingly strong body. JPDIPSO (4178), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Apr 7, 2008 Lightly hazed golden color with a moderate off-white head. Dry malt and dough aromas with a hint of herbal hops and touch of lemongrass. Smooth, with enough eff to keep it interesting. Lightly toasted malt with some dry herbal hops. The bottle is a touch dated, but this held up well. I would wager a fresh sample would bump this up 3 to 4 tenths.
