Bottle
Light golden, creamy white head. Fresh moved lawn aroma. Relatively light body and dry mouthfeel that goes nicely with the hopprofile - puckering bittering hops with a pleasant whiff of aromatics.

500 ml bottle. Pours a vibrant yellow/gold with a huge bright white head that lasts and lasts before receding with some nice lacing. It is crystal clear and tons of tiny bubbles can be seen racing towards the top. The nose is typical of the style with a good malt/hop balance. The hops are grassy, and there is some fruitiness, sort of sweet lemony scent. The flavor also carries qualities of the smell, it is rich and malty, very pleasant, then a nice large hop bite catches you in the end. Bottle. Syrupy barley malt and moderate grassy hops aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet almost syrupy barley malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Nice beer - sweeter and less of a malt flavor than the typical CGP.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, vegetable and cardboard notes, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottle @ German Tasting Ulfborg. Pours clear pale piss yellow with a white head. Lots of hay and skunk. Super dry. Medium to thin palate. Fresh.

It’s warm golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw and the finish is citrussy, dry and bitter.

Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, with grass, herbs and nice green hops. Dry and hoppy flavour with medium bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear yellow with a white head. Lovely perfumy aroma hops in the nose. Medium body, dry malts but dominated by very bitter hops all through the finish. 031009

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, bigger fluffy white head, distinctive aromatic nose with a firm sweet pale-malty base; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; aromatic lingering grassy-hoppy finish. Excellent Upper-Palatinate Pils..............

This is indeed a classic German Pilsner and was clear gold in my glass with a medium white head, light lacing, and a distinct citrus hop nose on top of light malts. Mouthfeel is clean and smooth. Finish is bitter but not overly so. A very nice pils and thanks to bhensonb for making this available for my enjoyment.

Pale gold color with a fine white head. Aroma of spicy noble hop. Near medium body with moderate carbonation. Flavor is light pale malt with a fair amount of spice. Finish is nicely bitter. Good beer.
