Bottle by 02.01.2013. Nose is super-sweet lemonade with artificial sweeteners. Pale light yellow with a short white head. Still a very sweet taste, though not cloying, light body, beer manages to assert itself just a little before the end, but one of those where we question calling it beer.

It’s light golden with a creamy, white head. Both aroma and the sweet flavor has notes of malt and lemon soda. It’s a bit on the sticky side, but otherwise OK.

What the hell did I just buy? It was 3.99 so I thought "what the hell, it’s German" There is no English on the bottle so looking at it it I wasn’t sure and I didn’t know what a Radler was. The color is very bad, pale yellow. Aroma is also bad like windex or something. Taste is bad, yes quite bad. This may actually be good if it was 100 degrees outside and I was dripping sweat and very thirsty, but now, it’s 40 outside and I’m not enjoying this at all. I won’t be buying any more Radler’s any time soon.

I just don’t get radlers. Either drink beer, or drink lemonade...why mix the two? It winds up causing both to taste terrible. And this was terrible. The beer pours out a watered down yellow color, crystal clear with some light bubble action and a small white head. Aroma is very light lemon, soapy with a bit of grain. Flavor is watered down lemon Gatorade-like flavor....really watered down. Light grains too, but just really it’s a big glass of blah. No thank you. Poured out about 2/3 of the 500ml bottle.

Bottle: A bit unclear, firm creamy white head; dense citrousy nose with a delicate artificial touch and a beery-bitter background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, a light bitterness is detectable, light bodied, as expected;increasing "beery profile" in the light sweet-bitter finish. Quite good for a stupid Radler.....

Bottle, 2.6%. Radler aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Small white head. Sweet lemon candy flavour. Dry finish, aspartam?

(500 ml bottle: $2.19 at Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA) What the hell is this? Okay, talk about an education, I had no idea this was half beer and half lemon soda. This really tastes like lemon soda, all sweet and lemony, with a bad aftertaste, and that must be from the beer. Actually, it tastes like Diet Sprite, with that nasty fake sugar aftertaste I detest so much. Smells like sweet lemon soda. Sugary, watery, carbonated, awful mouthfeel overall. Pale straw in color and fully clear with a few steady streams of carbonation bubbles. The bubbly, fizzy, snow white head rises to over two inches, and settles to half an inch, holding at that level for a long time. Plenty of patchy lacing on the glass. Like Zima, I don’t consider this beer, and I can promise I’ll never drink this again. Who drinks this nasty garbage anyway? And yuck, the saccharine-like aftertaste is just horrible. I need to go brush my teeth and gargle with Listerine.
