COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The flavors of juicy tree ripened peaches from our orchard please your palette with each sip. Bishop's Orchards Farm Winery has taken the superb reputation and flavor of Bishop's Sweet Apple Cider and aged it into peach apple wine with the delightful, aromatic flavor of peaches. Semi-Dry, our Apple Peach Wine complements fish, chicken, pork and pasta dishes.

Bottle. Pours a clear dirty orange with no real head, just a slight pop of carbonation. Aroma of sweet sugary peaches, some apple and pear but the peach dominates. Flavor is tart at first with bitter peaches and then the sweetness comes through in the finish. Great sweet peachy taste and smooth drinking too. Wow, I had high expectations for this cider/perry/apple wine (whatever this is) and they actually were surpassed. 9/4/8/4/16 [4.1/5]

Pours yellow and mostly still with a thin sparse ring of bubbles. Smells of dry pears and some sugar. Hints of crisp sryness also present. Tastes of warming alcohol, lots of sweet pears and some residual touches of honey.
