Celebrate and savor your special moments with Celebration, our off-dry Apple Wine. Our sun-drenched orchard hillsides near the coast of Connecticut are nurtured to yield the best apples. Bishop's Orchards Farm Winery then carefully ferments our own cider into wine and blends back our pure apple cider to elevate the apple aroma and sensation to the palette.

Bottle. Pours a light yellow with no real head. Aroma of sweet apple and cinnamon. Flavor of tart apples upfront with a dry, very wine-like finish. A light sweetness, very drinkable, nice palate. Very enjoyable cider. 7/4/8/4/15 [3.8/5]

Pours light gold with some bubbles. Smells of dry apples and some underlying spiciness. Tastes dry with some baking apples and tartness. Finish yields touches of warming alcohol and lots of crisp apply touches. One of their most enjoyable.
