COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bishop's Orchards Farm Winery has taken the superb reputation and flavor of Bishop's Sweet Apple Cider and aged it into a semi-dry spiced apple wine. The mulling spices add a delightful essence to the apple bouquet, to enjoy before or after dinner. Cheddar, brie and smoked cheeses are great companions. Also enjoy it heated: serve hot to enjoy Bishop's Spiced Apple Wine on cold winter days.

Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow with no head. Aroma of sweet apples. Flavor of light apple spices and cinnamon (very much like an apple crisp or apple cobbler). I really like the spices in this one -- one of my favorite ciders from Bishops Orchards. 8/4/8/4/17 [4.1/5]

Similar to their celebration but with some mulling spices that blended nicely with the crisp apple base. A nice late season cider.
