Bottle. Aroma of apple pastry or apple candy, or some sort of dessert-like apple character. Flavor right in tune, sweet edges but still dry enough and very drinkable. Out of a small sample size, I believe this to be my favorites cider.

Bottle thanks to TheCheeseman. Pours an extremely pale yellow with lots of carbonation (almost like champagne). Aroma of musty apple. Flavor of sharp, tart apple and definite wine-like notes with a dry finish. Spritzy, carbonated mouthfeel. Quite pleasant and drinkable. Simple but tasty. 7/4/8/4/15 [3.8/5]

Pours gold and sparkling. Smells of tarte, dry apples, some citrus touches, some sweet apple pie notes. Tastes dry and slightly tarte with a nice compliment of appley sweetness. This has a nice body and mouthfeel and is one of the better ciders I’ve had.
