COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Semi-Sweet Hard Cider Released November 2008! For those liking a touch of sweetness, our New England Style Hard Cider has more hints of fresh apples as well as its crisp, light bubbly mouth feel. Made from a special blend of our own apples, we have carefully fermented it into Hard Cider! Serve ice cold for full flavor. Refreshingly Light. Semi-Sweet. Slightly Effervescent. It goes well with a meal, or as a drink with friends. (5% Alcohol)

Pours an almost water color, only the faintest hint of yellowis green color. Aroma has a light mineral quality with a green apple note coming through. Flavor is odd, slight green apple notes with a finish that reminds me of Alka Seltzer.

Bottle. Pours a very pale yellow, nearly clear, with no head but vibrant carbonation. Aroma of tart apple, sweet candies. Flavor of sweet fresh apple (like biting into an apple, complete with apple skin). Nice sweetness, very drinkable. One of my favorite ciders. 8/4/8/4/15 [3.9/5]

Pale straw color. Smells of apple juice. Tastes of sweet apples and honey. Not as good as their semi-dry style.

Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Near white color, slight yellowish cast, no head. Light musky bruised apple aroma. Slight tartness, Laffy Taffy-like apple character, too mild, tastes somewhat artificial.
