Sweet and yeasty aromas, pear, subdued floral hops. Fruity taste up front with lightly toasted malts for balance. Bitter-hop blast in mid, little
grass and herb. Sour candy finish.
A very decent IPA. It was different in that it had much sediment. Gives the invigorated stomach feel that a good hop-tonic will give ya.

Jul 12, 2008 Called Bison Organic IPA (different beer?). Faintly cloudy orange, with a thin white head. Clean, soapy aroma. Clean, crisp stoney bitterness, some woodsy notes. Not a whole lot of malt character, not very complicated, but tasty.

Jul 4, 2008 Pours medium/light copper from 12 oz bottle, formed little to no foamy head. Aroma of the usual, some hops, floral citrus and a bit of caramel. Flavour is of hoppy caramel burst of herbal delight. Pine resin sneaks through, Kinda got a topical fruit thing going too, ending a little dry. Overall decent IPA, but not what I would consider world class.

Jun 29, 2008 wow, this is nice. beautiful deep golden color and clarity. wee bit of toast and assertive but not overbearing malt character of straw, biscuit and light caramel fringed with understated phenols. The hop mix is beautiful. I can’t make it out at all but with neither a west coast or british signature and seemingly a blend of two bold complements. Wow, this is very nice without being over the top

Jun 29, 2008 (12oz bottle) Hazy dark amber body with medium beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, caramel, some orange. Taste is moderately sweet, floral, some caramel, orange, light herbal, cherry. Light-medium body with light resin.

Jun 28, 2008 Pours bright orange with mostly receding off-white head. Aroma of alcohol and orange, higher alcohols. Taste is orange, grapefruit and mango. Mouthfeel is full bodied with lively carbonation. Nice and easy drinking.
