COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

12oz bottle. Pours golden, white head. Like many "organic" beers, bit off with the constituents, bit rough around the edges. Not much to rec.

This beer isnít horrible and it isnít great. Kinda in between. The aroma is actually nice, very typical of a west coast IPA. The flavor is there but goes away as it doesnít leave much of an impression. Its alright.

@ Party Toen / Florence KY - Cloudy medium amber with a 2" frothy head, many bands and swirls of lace. Taste belies the IBU count - caramel malt begins things, adding butter rum and taking charge all the way through the palate before yielding to smooth, but definite, bittering near the back end of the finish. The hops are sufficient for an IPA, but arrive so late that it seems like this is some other style. Actually quite drinkable, and light on the stomach.

Hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly hoppy with some malt behind it. Light to medium body with a metallic character and notes of piney hops and grain. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Very malty IPA with a nice dry finish. Almost starts like a stout but it's surprisingly smooth. Very good organic beer, makes you feel healthy drinking it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2013 Hazy amber orange color with an orange tinged head. Nice tooty fruity, juicy fruit aromas with floral, pine hops. medium body, average carbonation. Very nice tropical fruit flavors with floral, bitter piney hops in a solid pale malt base brew very good.

Not as hoppy as other IPAs, but it has a flavor that makes it sweeter and subdued enough to keep it true to style
