2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bomber from Whole Foods. Clear, orange pour with a persistent, medium white head leaving heavy lace. Nose is pine and some citrus. Medium-light body with moderate, fine carbonation. Some pine, toast, not much else going on. This reminds me of the organic IPAs of several years ago: lightweight, lacking flavor and complexity, and overall rather unexciting. Skip it and try one of the other, much better, Bison ales.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
"yeah...pretty much this "We went for drink ability when crafting the recipe for this". that really says it all, they were going for easy accessable and got it. nothing offensive, but average subdued floral and citrus flavored ipa. thatís about it."

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear light copper color with a honey aroma. Taste is slightly sweet, with honey notes. Typical light IPA flavor and bitterness. Surprisinglt dry with a light earthy finish left on the tongue. Easy drinking with a true organic flavor.

12oz bottle. Pours golden, white head. Like many "organic" beers, bit off with the constituents, bit rough around the edges. Not much to rec.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This beer isnít horrible and it isnít great. Kinda in between. The aroma is actually nice, very typical of a west coast IPA. The flavor is there but goes away as it doesnít leave much of an impression. Its alright.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
@ Party Toen / Florence KY - Cloudy medium amber with a 2" frothy head, many bands and swirls of lace. Taste belies the IBU count - caramel malt begins things, adding butter rum and taking charge all the way through the palate before yielding to smooth, but definite, bittering near the back end of the finish. The hops are sufficient for an IPA, but arrive so late that it seems like this is some other style. Actually quite drinkable, and light on the stomach.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly hoppy with some malt behind it. Light to medium body with a metallic character and notes of piney hops and grain. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Barely average overall.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very malty IPA with a nice dry finish. Almost starts like a stout but it's surprisingly smooth. Very good organic beer, makes you feel healthy drinking it.
