My bottled is labeled Organic IPA. Yellow-amber brew, Foamy head, lots of lacing. Fresh, bitter hops aroma, note of grapefruit, citrus. Medium body. Flavor is grapefruit with no sugar. Not sweet at all. Nice and bitter. Heavy bitter aftertaste that mellows out pretty quickly leaving a lingering bitterness.

22oz These guys make different batches using a single hop variety with each individual batch; this one happened to be Summit hops. Maybe this made it better than the previous reviewer’s scores. The aroma is great; the fruitiness the bottle advertizes is indeed there until the end where an almost overpowering bitterness takes over.

Pours an off copper color with lots of the off white head and lacing more like a Belgian IPA. The hop smell of florals dominates the sweet malt background. The taste of lime flavored hops also dominates the sweet malt. The mouthfeel has a sourness that is not to bitter or astringent. Drinkability would be better on tap although this is quite tolerable compared to other organic IPAs and this, to me, is a Belgian IPA.

12 oz. bottle- Pours clear golden with a nice sustaining pillowy white head, aroma is very citrusy with some pine, orange rind. The flavor is very fruity with a nice mellow hop kick, the aftertaste is resinous pine. A very well balanced sessionable IPA, could drink many of these.

On the heels of Full Sail’s British-style IPA that I liked a lot, I’m left saying that this is a notch below. This doesn’t have quite the balance I’m expecting; too mellow and citrusy-sweet to achieve full effect. I’m getting a definite very-cloudy appearance on this but not a whole lot in the way of head . . . but the foam and bubbles that are there are more than minimal and pleasing to behold.
Currently playing: All of Radiohead in random rotation. ("Weird Fishes," then "Hunting Bears.")

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a slightly hazy softly carbonated orange brown colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was hoppy. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and caramel. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Very well carbonated; the beer pours with a four-finger thick, lightly tan colored head. The beer is an almost clear, pale reddish, full copper color. Very well hopped with notes of loud grapefruit, fresh cut tangelos and candied citrus fruit. The beer has a very punchy, aromatic hop nose that is quite smooth.
Lightly sweet, with a malt character that accentuates the dominant hop character. Notes of freshly zested orange peel, sweet ruby red grapefruit and menthol-like pine are quite noticeable. There is also a an interesting bitterness in the finish that is fairly smooth, and not at all over the top. Perhaps a hint of astringent hop bitterness lingers on in the long finish, but it is fairly mellow. The malt plays a secondary, supporting role here, but is noticeable as a touch of malt sugars and a hint of caramel.
The second pour produces a five-finger thick head; this is definitely way over carbonated, but the good thing is that the foaming and the pour effectively degas this brew. This is definitely an enjoyable IPA; smooth, fruity, yet still well balanced for an IPA. This is very drinkable and quite enjoyable; and somehow it is even organic, how can you not love it.

Translucent copper orange in color with a skittish saliva spackle and a bubbly white wrung continuously fed from the bubbling body below. Aroma is ready to roll. Honey, green melon, nectar enhanced spearmint, cotton blossom, baked pine needles, mulled apricots and some red hot cinnamon. Flavor is unique, for sure. Canola oil on spruce. Applewood and peppery toffee cubes. Orange-caramel sweetness wraps around the tongue while puce grapefruit and mango juice urge the citric elements forward. Bitterness is a cottony post sip persuader, and its zesty synchrony is well received. Though balanced fairly well, it’s the interpretation of flavor that shakes things up a bit. Dry, enzymatic finish is laden with glossy and piney oranges, a touch of toffee and mild grapefruit rind shavings. A decent surprise.

Orange-tinted gold, robust white head leaving early lacing. Rich caramel malt in equal portion to fruity resinous hops. Good malt structure, loaded with perfumey floral hops, moderately bitter finish. Very nice.
