On tap. Pours a slightly cloudy golden amber with a small tan head that has decent retention and leaves a good amount of lacing on the glass. The aroma is very peppery with some light barnyard notes and also some light apple and apricot. The taste is very peppery with slight hints of apple and pear. The finish is quite drying with a funky aftertaste. Medium body. Medium carbonation. A decent saison, but a bit one dimensional.

Draft. Poured clear dark golden hue with an average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium soft pepper, yeast and herbs aroma. Medium body with creamy texture and soft carnonation. Medium smooth herbal flavor and medium sweet & sour herbal finish of moderate duration.

On draft at Tap 25 in Livermore. It pours a reddish orange with a stable but modest off white head. The aroma is extremely floral, citrusy and slightly earthy with some peppery notes. The flavor is similar with notes of flowers, citrusy lemongrass and distant pepper. Not as spicy or flavorful as I would have expected. It does have a very farmhousy, wild dry finish that is actually very nice. A very good, subtle brew.

Draught. Cloudy orange with white head. Spicy aroma, with rosehip notes, hibiscus. Spicy flavour. Yet withal, a light bodied beer. Light finish.

Handbottle thanks to Toby. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. The aroma is rich floral notes, lemon and sour sourness. The flavor is a nice mix of sweet and floral elements with a light tart lemon. Dry and a nice full palate. Very drinkable. Is it me or has Saison as a style taken off big time. It is because of beer like this. Very nice. Light peppery finish.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a whitish head. Aroma of keffir lime leaves. Lime and earthy flavor with malt. Medium bodied. Earthiness and lime lingers with malt, light spice, and floral notes.

On tap. Pours with a hazy golden-orange body with a lasting white head. Aromas are herbal, floral, herbaceous, citrus, spicy, lemon, grassy. Lightly dank/floral notes. A little bit of a phenolic horsey note. Flavors are dry and herbals with light phenols and esters. Malt bill is slightly grainy. Citrus throughout and a slight saison-yeast tartness that makes you want another sip. Lively bubbles, medium bodied with a dry finish. I could drink a lot of this. Very tasty.
