COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bison Brewing’s "Beer Of The Month" Limited Edition Series. March 2011.

As with all our beers, We brew TOMBA with 100% organic ingredients. Its aroma and flavors are characterized by notes of rich organic molasses, oven-toasted flaked oats and a complex blend of roasted barley malts. Relatively light in body and low in alcohol, TOMBA is a full-flavored session beer perfectly designed for the "awkward" season in between winter and spring.

Oatmeal, move aside, TOMBA is the new Breakfast of Champions!

Draft. Brown beer with a dark cream colored head. Light cleaning solution in the aroma mixed with malt. Malt and more sweetness in the flavor. Medium bodied. malt and light brown sugar linger.

Draught. Sweet toasted molasses aroma, smelled like one of my ouma’s cookies. Full bodied sweet flavour. There’s more than a little barrel in this. Long sweet finish. A good beer but perhaps a little too sweet.

On tap at Jupiter. Dark reddish brown with a creamy light tan head. Sweet malt and molasses aroma and taste with a roasty and nutty finish.
