COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This seasonal brew is an authentic Bavarian-style hefe weizen to quench your summer thirst. A frothy white head accentuates the subtle banana and clove aromas.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is hazy light yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (lemon), with light notes of banana and clove. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Extremely effervescent pour, lots of foam. Very cloudy, yellow pour. Aroma is mild and citrusy with light minty clove notes. Sweet banana flavors on the palate, albeit a little restrained. Stays smooth throughout. Light bitterness in the finish.

Tap @ brewery. Light yellow. A real spice kick in the aroma and flavor with citrus and banana.

Cloudy straw color, medium head. German style hefe-weisen. A subtle banana nose, more noticeable in the taste. Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is very slightly bitter, hardly noticeable. Nice beer, very reminiscent of the style.

Got this on tap. Incredibly thin. Totally flat. Slightly sour. I sent it back and they set me up with their Hibiscus Hard Tea which was incredible.

Wheat and malt nose, and that chill haze makes it quite appealing. Decent hop spicy finish, a citus twang is also present.
