nimbleprop (7100) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - JUN 25, 2016
Sampled at the brewery, pours a hazy, murky gold with some soapy, white head. Nose has lemon and grist, a little lemon tea, something a bit herbal like lavender. Flavor is tannic with lemon and herb tea, some white flour, some muddled grasses. Finishes full bodied and a touch chalky. Definitely didnít get the hype.

koleminer20 (2115) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUN 16, 2016
On tap at Bissell Brothers. The pour is a dark orange juice color with a thick bubbly head that roils down to a thick collar and thin film leaving solid lace. The aroma is dank as fuck. There is a strong juiciness behind it and a little spicy kick from a zest Iíd imagine. Leafy hop for sure. The flavor is also very dank. There is a strong hop up front that moves through a decently bitter citrus rind and a light spice to it. Itís very well balanced from front to back and there isnít any malt present. The mouth feel is good. Itís a bit syrupy, but the carbonation is lighter and a bit soft to really help out. The aftertaste is lingeringly dank hops and a little bitterness. Iím a fan

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2016 Sample at Bissell Brothers with koleminer20. Aroma is dank, grassy, floral, tons of pine. Appearance is ugly, golden amber, hazy, white head. Taste is incredibly dank, wet forest floor, citrus, pine, good. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, crisp, dank as fuck aftertaste. Overall, solidly good.

This brewery has a lot of winners coming out of it. Has an appearance and hop bill comparable to all the other top rated NEIPAíS. I would have this one in my top 10 of that list

commonmac (1000) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 21, 2016
Tap at the source for ECBT. Very hazy and unfiltered...like a pulpy orange juice. Aroma filled with citrus like orange or tangerine. Taste is crisp and refreshing with citrus being the continued theme. Juicy, full mouthfeel. Bitterness without being dominant. Enjoyable, summer feeling ale. This beer definitely doesnít suck.

Tap at brewery with commonmac and rosskyle and samadouche. Very hazy light orange. Murky. Citrus in nose and taste. Thick and sticky. Tangy, citrus funk. Full body. Drying. A bit different for this style and good .

Served on tap at Bissel. Cloudy yellow golden color with a white head. Orange citrus funk aroma. Tropical fruit up front that with a mild hop finish. Medium light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can leftover from Ranch-a-Thon XVI, not sure who brought this. Pours a thick hazy orange with small white head, NE IPA!!! Aroma is orange juice and flowers. Taste is more malt forward at the front with some passion fruit and then finishes with peanuts which is odd but not overly repulsive. Refreshing.

Can thanks to Jeremy. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is earthy hop and grass. Medium mouth, juicy hop, pine, citrus, light bitterness, crushable, very good.
