A genuine Bitburger - without any alcohol - but with the same drive as far as the taste is concerned, in bottles or as fresh draught beer from a keg!

Pale golden body with a very small, frothy, white and short-lived head, some of the foam manages to hold on to the glass. The aroma and flavour are both quite typical for a non-alcoholic beer: mostly sweet wort. A good thing about this one though, is that there are also some traces of a citric freshness that isn’t completely drowned by the nauseating wort sweetness, also some vague hints of honey. But of course, it’s quite terrible stuff, thin and watery. Still, this is not the worst 0 % ABV beer around.
[33 cl bottle, hurled down 5 months after BB date, but I doubt a newly bottled beer would be considerably better, from Ultra Sandvika]

Lamfrenze (9) - HONG KONG - JUL 21, 2016 does not count
UPDATED: JUL 22, 2016 Purchase in a supermarket in Hong Kong. The colour is deep golden blonde with beautiful snow-white head. The taste doesn’t like larger or any kind of beer. The taste of malt is light with uncomfortable (quite awful) taste of bitterness.

Lindemaneilla 6/2016 jalkapalloa katsoessa. Quite drinkable low abv beer. Better than many of its kind.

Aus der Flasche. Gelb-golden. Aroma Süß (Malz), klassischer Geschmack eines alkoholfreien Industriebiers: Malzig, Süß. Leider eher unangenehm als erfrischend

Bottle at The Nut Tree, Murcott, Oxon, Sunday 12th June 2016 in company of Nick, Nellie, Alan, Bruno, Yogi, Mikey and Barbara. Pours a clear gold with a white head. It has that typical non-alcoholic flavour, tricky to explain, a little artificial maybe chemical it’s not offensive, but not great. It’s a departure from my Ginger beer of the last two rounds but I think I prefer the ginger beer. A5 A4 T4 P2 Ov9 2.4

Bottle. Clear golden in color with a foamy white head. Grainy, bit of wet cardboard and wooden dust in aroma, not very fresh vibes anyway. Cereal in taste, some dry biscuity notes too. Light bitter and slightly burnt grainy aftertaste, which is a bit unpleasant. Lacks freshness as well.

Goudgelige kleur, weinig schuim. Aan de geur is al iets vreemds aan. En de smaak is echt afschuwelijk slecht. Geen aanrader

Bottle at OCCII. Wort, sugary, lots of bread, rotten herbs and green leaves. Medium sweet and bitter. Light bodied. Yuck.
