COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many, many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a strong hop taste.

The Miller Lite of Deutschland. Nothing too special about this "special" beer. Would be fun to drink with a crowd of intoxicated Germans.

Very light clear yellow with millimeter white head. Honey and grass aroma. Terrible skunky caramel taste with a bitter finish. Watery.

Bottle from Sully’s Crystal clear light golden color with a good sized moderate lasting frothy white head. Loads of DMS when this was first cracked then the skunk seemed to slowly crawl away. Sweet bready pils with a hint of ash and aluminum foil. Light floral hop aromas as well as hints of light pomme fruit. The flavor is light bready pils, earthy spicy hop, a bit of sulfur and metal with some sweet fruit. Uhm yeah, I’m not going to finish this bottle.

A golden pilsner sampled from a bottle. White head, but not much carbonation. Good malt flavours which are full and almost creamy. The hops have a really tasty, grassy bitterness. Excellent balance, really good, characterful flavours and a good, long finish. A very good pilsner from a top German brewery.

The Old Crown Inn, Messing. Keg. Bright clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and crisp. Very clean pale malts, whisper of sweetness. Light floralness. Hops are modest peel citrus, very modest, most noticeable in the aftertaste. Light crisp finish. Super drinkable and clean pils, very refreshing.

A clear gold with a little white head. Aroma of hops. Body is light, texture thin, carbon enough. Taste is bitter. Palate is overhelmed by malt and hops. Bitter aftertaste. B@Christmas event.
