Commercial Description:
The classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many, many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a strong hop taste.

From a bottle at an oktoberrfest celebration. Looks like watery, headless urine, tastes like... well, I guess like pabst with a lot of hops. Unimaginitive, and not really all that pleasant.

Draught. Yellow with no head. Aroma of cereal malt. crisp and medium to full bodied (surprising pils). Light hop balance... not too impressed but good.

500ml can. Pours a pale straw yellow with a considerable white pillowy head. Metallic hops on the nose. Grass. Cereal. The taste is metallic hops, a little peach, hay? Strong metallic / citrus finish with a little malt.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with rising carbination and a bubbly white head that disappeared in seconds. Aroma is off with notes of hay, resin and a bit of rotten eggs. Flavor is better, but not much better with notes of resin and strong notes of hay.

Pours a light yellow. Nice medium lasting head. Light hoppy arouma. More robust taste than most pilseners. Medium bitter finish with a very nice aftertaste. I could drink a lot of this. One of the better pilseners I have found.

I’ve had this a bunch of times. Pours a pale yellow with a medium, pure-white head. Nose of mild hops and some bread. Flavor has some robust, earthy hops. Crisp with a bit of bitterness. Clean finish. Middle of the road pilsner.
