COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hang on, buckaroo!! This breed starts out malty sweet, then the hops cut loose and spur this sorrel beauty into a bitter ride. American hops give this beer its bittering and aroma profiles.

on tap 7/21/10. orange shade of brown with an off white head and some spotty foam. citrusy hop nose mixes with caramel, sugar cookie, flowers and some faint chocolate or roasted nuts. the flavor is quite floral and malty but otherwise equivalent of the aroma with a dry hoppy finish. 6/3/6/3/14/3.2

from a small taster at the pub: nice aroma of citrus, a clear orange-amber color. it’s got a nice mild malty sweetness with a well balanced definitive hoppy bitterness. not a bad way to go

Oranish amber. Aroma is grapefruit, various fruits, light caramel. Fairly typical APA, not great, not bad.

[Colorado Road Trip – 2006] This was a lite ale with a golden color and a nice head. Some good malt and hops balance this was a beer you can have twice in a sitting after you mowed the lawn.

A tasty little pale ale, with some long lingering juicy fruitiness. Not overpowering in the hop department, but reminiscent of simcoe, with lots of fresh grapefruit citrus flavors. Caramel maltiness round out the palate, and has a very pleasing mouth watering balance. Enjoyable.

On tap @ Bitter Creek poured a hazy bronze with an amber head. Aromas of light carmel, citrus and a hint of pineapple. Flavor was sweet carmel, a hint of orange, and a pleasantly mildly bitter finish.
