3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 swanmann (399) - Norman, Oklahoma, USA - OCT 2, 2011
From the tasting glass: the appearance is amber with a tan-ish head. Unfortunately I was a bit congested so the aromas were difficult to detect. I was able to get some roasty notes and hoppy bitterness in the flavor. Has a nice medium body.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 badgerben (4116) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 31, 2009
Rum River Wort Hogs Meeting, Dec ’09. Growler. Red color with no head. Orangey aroma, seems like Cascades. Biscuity taste. Light butterscotch and a little caramel. A bit of a vinous hop character.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BeerandBlues2 (6096) - Lone Tree, Colorado, USA - SEP 7, 2009
Draught. Pours cloudy amber with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (caramel, straw, meal), heavy hop (flowers, citrus, orange), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of apple, pear, peach, and pineapple. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Reddish amber. Aroma is very fruity (sweet fruits) with some lighter caramel notes. Medium to light body, moderate to light bitterness. Enjoyable take on the style.

A very interesting amber ale with a lite hops presence. This was a very drinkable beer with a malt build that was very pleasant to drink.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 harlequinn (2745) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JUL 4, 2006
Actually a decent amber ale, this was one has some character and complexity. Rich on the palate, semi-sweet, with lots of caramel and candy. Also has a nice bit of sweet fruitiness, and a nice lingering hop bite in the finish. I would drink this again
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 3fourths (6399) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 22, 2003
Dark brown hue. Very sharp and bold strawberry hop flavor. Thick like syrup, dry hopped, and
almost tastes like a fruit beer, but I see no fruit mentioned in the description. Aroma has some
scotch.
