Unique orange hues with darker edge. Bursting with hop aromas. Very good hop characters. Smooth and robust.

Tim Schwartz has that rare gift of being able to balance aggression in hop profile with certain subtleties and nuance few others appear to be able to attain. Damn this was great. And there’s nothing quite like the feel of all the good people on anniversary party night.

Great IPA. Tim used nine kinds of hops. Nine once at a time every nine minuets of the boil. Then he doulbe dry hopped it by adding hops in the fermenter and the serving tank. This made the beer cloudy, but had a nice orange hue to it. Very floral flavor and nose.

An excellent IPA, I thought that the hoppiness was "just-right". Very clean finish, a little bit of malts showing through but not much. Hint o' mint too. Way better than their 8th anniversary ale from last year.

Not a bad beer for their 9th anniversary. I dont believe I have had anything from Tim that was this hoppy. The only downfall came in the aroma where I got an ever so slight soapiness along with the hoppiness. This beer had a nice eggshell head on it. The flavor was very sweet and crisp...the hops were laid down perfectly, not at all overdone.
