Heavy dark fruit and sweet candy nose. Fruity chewy malt. Estery and very Belgian-like. Flat, juice-like body. Thick and heavy. Maybe just a little too fun for such a serious brew.

Tap. Amazing! Beautiful brown/orange color. Great aroma of apple and pear. This one is very complex. A lot of fruity flavors. You can taste the candi sugar. Very smooth alcohol flavor considering it very high. This is one Tim’s finest beers. He, Brian, and crew should be very proud.

Tap. Ridiculous!! Tim has outdone himself on this one. Best beer made in Texas, ever, period. Unbelievably complex flavor and aroma...we've got a full assortment of neutral fruits; cherries? apples? pears? Smooth alcohol, with an almost cognac-like aroma and flavor. Dangerous to drink, one could get drunk a lot faster than they'd suspect on this stuff. One of the best beers I've ever had.

Thx go out to fly for getting me one of these! Aroma reminds me of a dandilion, sweet and bitter almost medicinal. The Color and pour is perfect for a Quad. Brown, pour with a froth white head that quickly dissipates. Flavor is a nice mix of burnt(slightly), hops(bitterness) and belguim candi sugar. There is a slight alcohol flavor, not in a distasteful way, but it does add dryness to the finish. Excellent Beer!
