Oct 8, 2005 Amber with a creamy head. Nose of bananas and clove. Average spices. Flavor is the same, but a touch more spicy. Decent hef.

Jun 6, 2005 NABA ’05: Strong nose of hefeweizen yeast esters, lots of clove especially. Some malts and hops are playing along but the gain on the clove mic is a bit high. The body could use some work (decoction!) but I’ve had countless worse american versions of this style.
