COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the monastic brewers of Belgium we brewed this special ale to celebrate 15 years in business! This Abbey "Single" is made with a unique strain of yeast which imparts notes of plum and spice. It’s also dry hopped with German Hallertau for added complexity.

on tap-pours gold with an offwhite head. Aroma is sweet grain, fruit. Taste is sweet grain, fruit/spice hops, some yeast. Semi-drying. Enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange with a thick off white head. Aroma of cerealy grains and pale malt. Flavor again of grains upfront with some Belgian yeast and floral hops. A bit odd. Ok and drinkable but not what I was looking for. 6/4/6/3/13 (3.2/5)
