Very light and crisp with low hp bitterness, this beer gathers it's flavor from fresh Raspberries that are used in place of flavoring and aroma hops.

On tap at J. J. Bitting. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet floral and perfume filled raspberry notes on the nose, strong syrup. Medium bodied, grainy and sweet, full of raspberry syrup again. Not as sweet and cloying as I would expect, this is actually drinkable. Not that I really want to drink it in any volume, but there’s not the big cloying flaws that you usually find with a lot of brewpub raspberry wheats. Finishes with more lingering “raspberry” flavor. Not for me, but better than most, which is something I guess.

Draft. Pours gold. Nose and taste of raspberry jam and wheat malt. Light body.

Not very hazy in appearance but it does have a strong raspberry nose. Sweet but not very "wheaty".

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light fruity raspberry aroma with some pale malty notes. The flavor has a light raspberry sweetness on a plain pale malty base. Not bad.

Pours golden from tap. Not a ton of aroma which is surprising given the raspberry. Luckilly the raspberry is a bit more pronounced on the tongue but once you get past that, there’s not much there. The finish is a little astringent a little sloppy.

Draft. Poured a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of raspberry syrup and grains. Body is on the thin side with average carbonation. Flavor is similar to the aroma and the raspberry note seems artificial.

Pours a slightly cloudy off-golden/straw color with lively carbonation and a thin white head. Aroma is of light raspberry jam. Taste is raspberries, and a little of that grainy taste typical of wheat beers. Average.

Light hazed golden pour with cramy white head and lace. Raspberry and light paper on the nose. Huge raspberry flavor followed by a light bitter finish. Thin and watery with medium carbonation. A rare fruit beer that tastes better than it smells for me.

Candy beer. It tastes almost too good. Would be amazing on a hot summer day, sitting out in the sun.

Not a fruit beer guy, but my wife liked this one so I will take her word for it. I tried it and the fruityness isn’t overwhelming, but I wouldn’t be able to drink too many of these. Not bad for the women... or the womenly man.
