COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American style IPA is packed with Summit and Columbus hops and finished with Cascades, including dry hops in fermentation. It has an intense bitter character, nice grapefruit aroma and served unfiltered to bring out all that hoppy goodness!

On tap at J. J. Bitting. Pours a tawny amber gold with a thin white head. Soft citrus and malt on the nose, light tropical fruit and hops. Medium bodied, gritty and earthy, pungent hops early on, earthy and bold. Finishes up with more pungent hops and a nice grapefruit punch. Alcohol is well hidden here if this is actually 7.4%.

Had this out of the cask at the brewpub. Its similar to the imperial IPA but without much of the hoppyness. Its good but I much rather the imperial.

On cask at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy orange with a super thick, foamy white head. Aroma of light fruits, floral hops, bready malt. Flavor is bready up front with some citrus and has a very bitter finish. A light, bitter and tasty IPA. 7/4/8/4/15 (3.8/5)
