Dec 26, 2006 on tap-pours a light tan head and brown color with red tint. Aroma is dark malt-chocolate, slight coffee. Taste is dark malt-chocolate (no coffee), hops bitterness. OK carbonation. Occasional.

Dec 13, 2006 Truly enjoyable!!! Lots of thick spiciness with nutmeg, cinnamon and other stuff. Lovely richness and very sweet. My favorite from Bittings so far.

Jan 1, 2006 Tan head with clear mahogany body. Aroma is moderately sweet, cinnamon, caramel, some nutmeg/clove. Taste is medium sweet, nutmeg, cinnamon, some chocolate, caramel. Smooth light-medium body.
