Amber-gold with a nice floral, citrus hop aroma. Flavor is thick and chewey with hops - earth, flowers, citrus, and tobacco abound. Plenty of malt as well. Nice and chewy with a thick mouthfeel. Nice IPA.

Lightly hazy orange. Light honey with solid bitterness. Good beer and not as honey forward as unthought it would be.

Draft at Redstone. Pours a dark copper color with minimal head and creamy lacing. Heavy aromas of caramel malt, honey, pine. Taste is sweet honey with a bitter hop finish. Leaves the mouth slightly dry. Not something I will search out but more then happy to give it a whirl at a chain restaurant.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 JFURYCAT (1007) - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 11, 2012
Brown color with some honey in the aroma and dominating the palatte with a bitter edge which seems out of sync with the honey but this is a honey ipa so lets go with this. Once the beer warmed up i was able to appreciate the honey ipa mix more. Sweetness with a bitter edge sums it up for me with rather medium wet mouthfeel.

Aroma is light, but has a bit of hops and honey. Sweet start building to a bitter finish. Caramel like malt, a touch of darker honey, then a floral hops end. Interesting, but not a standout.

Hazy dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, honey, grass, and toast. Taste of citrus, grass, light toffee, honey, and a lightly bitter finish.

had on-tap at the Tex-Mex. Nice to see restaurant supporting local breweries.
appears a darker copper amber color, with nice white head. The cap of head covers the beer until the very end.
aroma is pretty sweet, dominated by the honey. Taste follows similarly, with a fairly sweet flavors of malt and honey. The hops are subtle. Mouthfeel is very smooth, with lower carbonation that definitely works.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Leafs93 (975) - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2011
Pours dark amber and has aroma of florals, caramel and honey. Taste is sweet with a honey aftertaste. For some reason this beer left a terrible aftertaste, almost funky but in a bad way.
