Bottled: Orange coloured. Fluffy beige head. Light smoke, berries and fruit is dominating this beer. Seems a little harsh in the flavour, and is not very balanced IMO. When it warms up the fruit and berries flavours gets more distinct, but still the harsh bitterness rules.

Hazy dark orange, fine off-white head. Mild sweet fruity aroma of berries and sugar. Dry and somewhat rancid malt flavor with just a vague fruit tone. Not much fruit beer about it. Uninteresting. Thanks Papsoe!

Round and mild start. The flavour sweet with notes of chocolate and caramel. Some coffee notes in finish. Smooth palate. Long aftertaste with hints of something burned. Not bad.

50 cl bottle. Amber colour with a weak head. Very light aroma of fresh berries. Long bitter flavour, with some hops. Very little sweet aftertaste, and a lot of bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) As "Brygmand Brombier ". Hazy amber golden with a small, creamy, white head. Lightly fruity, berryish nose. Extremely dry body with a marked bitterness. Lightly sulphurous finish. 250206

Bottle. Amber colour with a medium baige head. Weak caramel malty, berry aroma and a light sweet malty, berry taste. Medium body with a light dry finish.

Deep amber colour with a beige head. Malty and sweet aroma with a light spicyness and hints of dark fruit. Malty flavor with a medicinal spicyness and a dry sweet finish.
