Round and mild start. The flavour sweet with notes of chocolate and caramel. Some coffee notes in finish. Smooth palate. Long aftertaste with hints of something burned. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a muddy orange with a thin, but creamy head. Sweet aroma with fruits, berries. Lightly hopped and quite mild. Full mouthfeel - creamy. Flavour has berries and some oranges.

Bottle. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is blackberry and malt. Flavour is hop and malt, blackberry.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2007 Bottled. (as Brygmand Brombær) Hazy, reddish-brown with a beige head. Floral aromas with blackberries and malt. The flavor is hoppy and malty, and slightly metallic. Medium body and a berry finish with both bitterness and sweetness. The berries makes an unusual twist. (060812)

Brown with beige head. Aroma of malt and fruit. Flavor is with some caramel and roasted malt - and a hint of berries.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2010 Amber with a small off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with a touch of berries. Sweet caramel flavour with berries. Slightly bitter finish with a berry aftertaste

Bottled: Orange coloured. Fluffy beige head. Light smoke, berries and fruit is dominating this beer. Seems a little harsh in the flavour, and is not very balanced IMO. When it warms up the fruit and berries flavours gets more distinct, but still the harsh bitterness rules.

Bottled. Aroma of berries but not really the ones I like and just that. Cloudy, beige irregular head, good lace though. Starts thin and metallic with the same bad berries. Later on malts come in and some sweetness to give it some body. Also more and better fruit and some bitterness. Soft mouthfeel with a dry finish. Different, interesting but ok? Took me some time to get used to it. And did I read it right, bottom fermented???
