Unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (120408)

May 26, 2008 Bottle, thx to Maria. An unclear, copper-colored beer with a tiny beige head. Sweetish aroma with roasted malt and some alcohol. Sweetish, fruity-sour flavor, slightly roasted, with some caramel and alcohol, leading to a sweet and slightly fruity finish. Full-bodied, sticky, warming and with a soft carbonation. It’s slightly better than the Rudolph from the same brewery, but that’s it. (080412)

Apr 15, 2008 Tasting my place. Bronce/copper color with a nice creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar and fruit. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, candy sugar, fruit/citrus, yeast and a rather dry finish. I liked the normal Rudolph a little better.
