Tap at Woodlands/Shenendoah location
Pours an average tea brown with semi-thick white head. Aroma is spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander), sweet and malted bread, and a touch of earthy melon. Flavor is a mishmash of earthy vegetables, dirty malt, melon, and raisin. Watery mouthfeel. A "dubbel" for BMCers to say "Hey! Lookit me! I’m drinkin’ a micro brew!"

On tap at Chin Hills location. I wish this was actually a normal version of the beer, because it was terrible. Abbey Dubbel wouldn’t have guessed that at all. Poured an amber/orange color with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and metal; bizarre. Flavor was dry, yeasty and earthy; no sweetness or fruir. Very metallic. I think they might have some problems with the lines or something, because all the beers were really off.

On Tap at BJ’s Reno Location. Pours out a hazy amber topped with a white head. Aroma of malts and spice. Tast a nice mix of pit fruit and sweetness. A little ABV at the end.

Draft at BJ’s Reno. The bartender told me it was a ’’Belgian Pilsner’’. Murky dark burnt copper color with an ivory head- this aint no pilsner. Phenolic and malty nose. Malty with wheat flavors. Comes accorss as a sort of belgian hefe- big bubblegum notes. Banana notes that linger. Well brewed but I don’t care much for the beer.

This was a nice little sipper. Caramel and ruby coloring accented by some nice alcohol notes in the aroma, mellow candi sugars, dark fruits and some sweet breads, with just a little bit of rum in the finish.

On draught at the Las Vegas BJs. Dark brown with ruby highlights and a small head. Sweet aroma, with raisin and alcohol notes. Moderately sweet taste of currants and candy sugar, a spicy flavor and some alcohol in the finish.

Dark brown with a very small wispy head that burned off to nothing. Thin washy skim of lacing on glass. Light aroma of raisins, ripe fruit, caramel. Flavor is bitter at first..raisins, caramel with a light sweet bitter finish.
Not bad.
