COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light and refreshing pale beer. Slightly fruity with delicate hopping to balance. Bottom-fermented and well-conditioned for exceptional smoothness.

Was looking for Jeremiah Red at my local Sproutís here in Tucson and it was discontinued, and there were no other "Reds" in sight. I opted for this. I was not disappointed in my expected disappointment. Itís a light Blonde comparable to the beers my parents used to allow me a sip of when I was growing up. Weak in flavor, with decent coloring, a fair head, and a slightly acidic palate. It definitely is not a beer Iíll grab in the future.

Draught at BJ:s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Brea. Clear pale golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, bready, fruity from apples and grapes. Thin fruity bready flavor, grapes, pear notes, some caramel. A bit too thin.

Draft in a flight at the local brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a white head that leaves some trailing lace along with a ring and film. Notes of hay, minerals, crackers, dust, chalk, and a hint of fruit. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a bone dry mouthfeel. I thought this was a super dry blonde ale, but itís even weaker for the style it really is.

Golden with no head; clean apple aromas; creamy mouthful with crisp palate.

21st May 2015: BJís Laguna Hills outlet. Part of an eight glass flight. This was by far the worst beer of the eight. Very pale golden body, snow white head. tasted and had the aroma of a radler/shandy/lager and lemonade type drink. Exceedingly fizzy too. Kolsch is supposed to be light, subtle flavoured and refreshing in nature: not too sure what the brewer was trying to do with this.

Had at their brewpub in San Antonio. All of their beers tasted thin and watery. Would have like much more malt flavor.

(tap) clear pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of sweet fruit, champagne; balanced and refreshing flavour with a long, very light bitter finish

Clear yellow, small white lacing foam head. Weak aroma, like normal with a KŲlsch, tasted perfect with my rack of ribs. (Houston 201501)

Keg at BJs, Gainesville, VA. Clear golden with a thin fizzy head. Aroma of grain and grassy hops. The taste matches. Thin bodied, high carbonation.

No aroma. Clear yellow, headless. Hay flavor. Watery mouthfeel. Good enough flavor, but it just doesnít come together very well. Worse than their light lager. Kolsch just isnít very good when itís mass produced.
