Becoming very impressed with this brewpub. High color flavor and rich with taste while refreshing. One of the better blondes I’ve had. Pearl St., Boulder, CO.

Draft at BJ’s in Boulder. Pours a light yellow, thin head. Has a fruity aroma with mild bubblegum and mild cinnamon. Fruity taste. Crisp. Full of flavor. A nice beer.

Tap: fruity apple aroma. Champagne mouthfeel. Floral delacate hoppiness reminiscent of P.U. (on tap) Crisp and dry, with fruity (even bananna)esters.

7/21/08 On draught at the Tukwila, Wa Brewpub. Aroma is light sweet/sour malt forward with a medium noble hop tone. Appearance is clear yellow with a moderate maintained white head. Flavor is malt dominant, sweet, with a peppery hop bittering. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a light carb texture. Overall, sweet, simple and good.

Nice, subtly nuanced beer. Light but with a good sweet/malty flavor. I am a fan of lighter beers and enjoyed this one very much. The friend I was with, however, said it simply tasted like bud light. Depends on what kind of beer you like, I guess.

Believe it or not, I really appreciate this beer. It’s not compex, nor is it deep and rich. It’s just good and refreshing, which is exactly what they were setting out to do. Neat touch of some honey and other sweet things.

On tap at BJ’s. Didn’t notice the corn in this one, if there is any. Actually thought it was quite nice, pretty close to the kolsch I’ve had before. Some pepper and grass, and a bit of hay. I only had the 5 oz. taster, but it was good ’til the last drop.
