2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 djd07 (1721) - Houston, USA - AUG 10, 2010
On tap at BJs Willowbrook. Called the lightswitch lager. Pours a clear golden with a quickly diminishing frothy white head. The aroma is a corn malt and wheat. Medium mouthfeel with a flavor similar to the aroma. Not much going on with this lager.

BJ’s Light Pale Lager might be the very best Light beer I have ever drank. It tasted like buttered bread. It might be a tie between this, and Lazy Mutt.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2010 Draft in Cincinnati. Poured clear pale color with a medium frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Light to moderate sweet aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. My expectations where met.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 Fratto (2021) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 23, 2010
On tap at the Arlington BJ’s as Lightswitch. Pale yellow pour with no head. No aroma. Taste is light and a little malty at best. Basically, it’s 105 degrees outside, this is cold and it didn’t make me angry.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 kidmartinek (1844) - austin, Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2010
Pale, clear, golden. No head, but does exhibit nice bubbling and carbonation. Weak malt aroma. Weak flavor, but after all it is a light beer. Maybe a hop or two in the flavor. Small bite. Decent finish
