Tap Tacoma, WA. Pours opaque black with medium brown head, huge aroma of dark chocolate with faint grassy hops, taste of roasted coffee wiu alight hop bitters followed by big chocolate punch, slight carbonic bite with thin/watery palate

On tap a BJs in Janzen Beach, Portland, Oregon--Poured a dark black body with a tiny wispy beige head. Nice balanced carbonation. Lots of chocolate flavor. Some mild bitterness, but overall, greatly balanced. This is a true dessert brew. Love it!

Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. [This is not a sweet stout] Chocolate aroma. Black color with a tan head. Full bodied with strong, creamy carbonation. Flavor is dark toasted malt with a little coffee and a lot more chocolate. The finish is somewhat bitter with chocolate and light coffee persisting. Really very good.
