Cask at Papago Brewing in Scottsdale, AZ (brewed at BJ’s in Chandler, AZ). Hazy orange color with two fingers of bubbly white head that left a bit of lace on the glass. Distinct citrus (lime, lemon, grapefruit) and flowery hop aroma. Smooth mouth feel due to the relative lack of carbonation. Flavor was similar to aroma, mostly subdued lime, orange, and lemon on a malty cereal grain backbone. The ginger was subtle and I only tasted it occasionally. Light, refreshing, and slightly acidic. This stuff would be great on a hot summer day.
