COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with imported Belgian malts and a blend of exotic spices, BJís Grand Cru has a malty character with a whirlwind of fruit and spice flavors. First brewed to celebrate the new milennium, BJís Grand Cru has been a seasonal tradition ever since. This Belgian-style amber ale is bottle-coinditioned and flavorful enough to age in the bottle for many years. Like a fine wine, the beer will change over time as some flavors mellow while others become more pronounced. For optimal aging, we recommend that you store BJís Grand Cru for at least one year at between 55 and 65įF. Or enjoy it now!

Never had a Grand Cru before, I was impressed. Cloudy golden in color. Small tight head. Spicey/hop nose. sweet start with a hint of spices. Middle is tingley and "alive" with flavor. Dry finish. Not too shabby.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2005 This beer reminds me of the Grand Cru that Celis (Austin) used to have. It is excellent. Even bought a growler of it. Donít miss this one. A unique beer. Had it @ the BJís in Irvine, CA

Bursting with sweet and spicy flavor. Rich and tasty, excellent by itself or with one of BJís famous pizzas.
