3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, - DEC 9, 2009
Draught at BJ Desert Ridge, AZ Hazy amber color. Very light cinnamon aroma. Basic Ale, lean, with a very light sourness and light cinnamon touch. Correct bitterness. The cinnamon being so light, this beer is not as bad as other pumpkin ales.

Sampled at the brewhouse. Like most of their brews, disappointing, and really only sampled it for the rating. Taste is weak. Served ice cold, which probably killed it.

I tried this at the Eugene location as part of a sampler. Great underwhelming pumpkin taste. One of the better Pumpkin Ale’s I have ever had.

On tap at BJ’s In Mesquite, TX. Pours a clear, deep orange/amber with beige creamy head. Aroma of strong pumpkin, nutmeg, some cinnamon and malt. Flavor is much the same with a strong spiciness and solid malty backbone with a very nice sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium body, medium-high carbonation, solid body. Overall I felt this was one of the tastier pumpkin brews I had this year. Good stuff!
