Had on tap at the restaurant. Pours deep amber with a real nice creamy head on top. Aroma has lots of cinnamon and spice but I really don’t taste much pumkin. These beers usually do a pretty good job of resembling a pumkin pie, this one is all spice. Not bad.

Very spicy aroma - lots of cinammon and no pumpkin smell at all really. Tastes of watery pumpkin. Highly carbonated. Clear amber color. Another unimpressive brew - but damn, they have great pizza!

Reddish orange in color; very little head. Aroma of sugar and pumpkin. Not terribly complex. Sweet, brown sugar notes not as spiced as most pumpkin ales. Very drinkable and quite enjoyable.

Tasted on tap at DTM’s Bday. I was surprised by this one. Nice and smooth, this brew had notes of brown sugar, cloves and nutmeg. Not overpowering and very balanced beer.

Had this for desert tonight with Michael, Joey, and Allison. Nose of pumkin pie. The brew is sparkling garnet. The thin wispy head is fully diminishing with no lace. The flavor "just blossoms in your mouth" according to my guest rater. The beer is spicy throughout. The middle is kinda sweet with no acidity. The finish is crisp. The medium fizzy body is very greamy. The finish feels a tad sticky.

11/11/08 On draft at the brewpub Tukwila, Wa. Aroma is low slightly sour sweet pumpkin spice forward with light caramel. Appearance is slightly hazy copper with a very low white head. Flavor is sweet/sour spice and citrus forward, with an orangelike background. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a low carb texture and moderate acidic tang. Overall, easy drinking and simple.

Draft. Aroma is strong with pumpkin pie spices and sweet malts. On the palate it is a little over carbonated for the style. Flavor is a little watered down and maybe too strong with the spices.

Really great pumpkin taste in this. The pumpkin is not just some squash dropped in the fermented, but the main focus of the beer. The bartender swore it was good w/ whipped cream and even poured us one w/ some when we didn’t believe her. (well, that’s a first). Great choice and amount of spices to go w/ that great pumpkin taste. Not saying much, but best pumpkin beer I have had.

UPDATED: NOV 3, 2005 I am not really a fan of the bottled pumpkin ales I’ve had, but this one straight from the tap was good. Nice pie/spice flavors with a creamy finish. I’d like to get a growler this year to really finish off Thanksgiving just right. 11/05 just reaquainted myself with this Fall season treat. Closing my eyes and breathing in the aroma was just like getting a whiff of fresh baked pie with vanilla ice cream. Really great stuff.
