On draft at BJís poured an amberish color with aromas of light tropical fruit, caramel, and pine. Flavors are the same, nothing over the top, a decent beer overall.

On tap, pours hazy copper with off white head. Aroma of leafy hop, fruit esters and some caramel. Flavor is much the same with a solid malt sweetness. Medium mouthfeel with high carbonation. Overall, not bad!

Pint on tap in the Fairfield, OH location. Nice thin creamy off-white head, leaving good, generous lace. Midly hazy amber carmel color. Light caramel malts, kind of pleasant, balances well with the hops (which are kind of on the light side, but have a good orange-peel flavor). Taste is light bitter with a light zestiness. Lighter body - I would guess 6%. The "beer guy" who was my waiter later told me it was 5.8% when I asked. Goes down very smooth, with a nice crispness, light carbonation, dry finish. Itís a great texture, very easy to gulp down. I went through my pint pretty fast. Obviously, light for an IPA at 5.8%, but it makes for a great session ale thatís easy to drink and refreshing.

Tap at El Paso, TX location-pours clear orange with a froathy eggshell head. some sparse lacing going on here too. nose is mostly sweet sticky passionfruit tropical notes however, not all that great smelling. more cleaner than anything in the hop notes. flavors start tropical with lite resin and grapefruit on the finish. reminds me of deviant dales ipa however, i like this a little more. long resin almost minty finish. Very sweet yet somewhat dirty hop flavors mark this one down a few notches. BJís you have a long ways to go till you make a great brew.

Tap at bjís Plano. Pours a light copper with a thin off white head. The aromas are pine, paint thinner, citrus. The mouthfeel is dry, bitter and has a medium body and good carbonation. Cheers!

On tap at the brewpub. I was here with friends, so I didnít take notes, but I remember a pleasing hoppy aroma with floral and citrus standing out. The flavor was a bit more disappointing with some caramel and butter muddling an otherwise decent hop profile. Drinkable.

On tap at New Braunfels location. Pours a clear copper with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is pine and floral hops. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet pine hop and grapefruit with light bitter finish. Easy to drink a good IPA from BJs.

Pours a golden orange with a thick head, great lacing. Aroma of crazy citric hops, probably citra and Amarillo. Taste follows, really citrusy. RIS is a solid ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
